WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I SUBMIT MY ORDER VIA YOUR WEBSITE?

Once you submit your order, a credit card authorization occurs for the full amount. An authorization checks if your credit card is valid and that you have sufficient funds to complete the online transaction. Assuming you have sufficient funds, the total amount of the online transaction is held and deducted from your credit card limit. Even though the funds are held and deducted from your credit limit, the funds are not automatically transferred to us (the merchant) until we capture the funds. Once we capture the funds they are then transferred into our merchant account. Typically we try to capture funds and ship your order within this 7 day window. However, some pieces may take longer to produce and therefore may not ship for 2-3 weeks from date of order.

 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

We make all of our pieces by hand in factories around the world. We do our best to turn orders around as quickly as possible, but some pieces can take up to 2-3 weeks to receive. WHAT DOES OT MEAN IF A PRODUCT IS OUT OF STOCK?

There may be times when an item you wish to order is out of stock. We will contact you to let you know an item is back in stock and let you know the approximate lead time. We will let you know once the item is back in stock and ready to ship.

 

SPECIAL ORDER

All Sharon's jewels are available in white Gold. If you want to order a product in other color like - Rose, Gold or Black, it's possible but please allow 4 weeks of production. After production, the item will be shipped to you. Items ordered in special order can't be returned.

 

WHAT PRODUCTS ARE YOU USING?

To ensure that you will get the best we are using the best products at the market. All our jewelries are from real Gold, most of them are 14K Gold but we also use 18K Gold. The diamonds we use are White stones in SI quality.

 

DO I GET A CERTIFICATE FOR INSURANCE PURPOSES?

Yes, you do get. Here, in SHARON, we guarantee you will get the best service you can, so we made you a certificate that indicates the jewelry description. With this certificate, you can go to your insurance company and insure your new jewelry.

 

DOES THE JEWELRY COME WITH A BOX?

REPAIRS

At SHARON quality and craftsmanship is of our utmost concern. However, jewelry by its very nature is delicate. If you should experience the need for repair on any SHARON jewelry item please email This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. Please make sure to reference your Name, Order Number and Repair Issue.

We will provide you with an Repair number which we kindly ask that you clearly label on your return shipment. SHARON will repair at no charge any breakage caused by manufacturer defect within 30 days of receipt of purchase. For Repairs needed after 30 days or deemed to be caused by misuse contact our email. Repairs will be assessed on an individual basis. Normal wear and tear, improper care, or damage resulting from misuse will void this warranty.
SHARON does not accept returns on any merchandise that has been worn. Our Repairs Processing Center only accepts repairs for items purchased on sharonfinejewelry.com. Repairs for items purchased at one of our retailers must be returned through the original point of purchase and cannot be accepted through the sharonfinejewelryn.com Returns Processing Center. Please refer to our Jewelry Care Instructions for tips on how to keep your SHARON jewels in tip-top condition.

 

HOW DO I KNOW WHICH RING SIZE I NEED?

Place your ring over the closest matching sized circle, make sure the inside of the ring fits around the outside of the circle. If you are between sizes, order up.

All of our rings are standard US sizes. If you don’t know your US sizes, we highly suggest getting sized by a local jeweler. You can also reference the ring size guide to see the conversions. We cannot be responsible for determining your ring size. Choosing the correct ring size is responsibility of the customer, as people differ in the way in which they prefer their rings to fit.If you are between sizes, order up.
